This is a space where I have a mid life crisis, write about my creative journey, and talk about songwriting and share bits of terrible poetry.

The author

L.Cohen (she/her/occasional we) referred to as piano on the livestream, is stuck in the middle. Married to a doting husband who finically supports her endeavors by having a real job and who brings her churro doughnuts for late night snacks. Mom to two amazing boys (forever and Boniver ) who are writing their own stories now, as we speak. And lives with an irrascable dog who may have bitten a few delivery guys on the butt but we love anyway. She lives with MS, a progressive neurological disease with no cure. She is well aware that life is fleeting. She likes to explore ambiguity and places where truth and borders becomes murky through poetry, music, and art. This probably explains why she was drawn into this project which became its own living and breathing thing.

She plays an out of tune 1971 U1 Yamaha made in Japan piano, and the more you suggest she get it tuned the more she will dig in her heels and not tune it.
