Due Process
Was a thin line
Written on a piece of paper long ago.
Everyone here.
Everyone has the right to a lawyer.
Has a right to a defense.
But the corrupt court decided
Otherwise.
Illegals
Don’t count.
Their logic doesn’t work.
It is a corrupt as they are.
Let’s follow it through:
If the man can look at you
And says you’re illegal
And throws you in some dank cell.
How do you get out?
There is no phone call in hell.
They took your phone at the airport
And saw how you disliked the king.
They took your papers.
The ones that say citizen
And shredded them
Who’s gonna miss you and
Who will they call?
Get yourself an aclu lawyer.
You protest.
They hear you shouting:
“But I’m white.
My anscestors have been here since before yours.”
Who’s going to believe you?
How you gonna prove it when there is nothing to prove?
white is simply absence.
They’ll say it’s in the fine print.
Somehing wasn’t quite.
You forgot to cross a t.
They erase your citizenship.
Don’t you understand the scenario we have created?
And extrajudicial nightmare only Kafka could love.
They build prisons and find the prisoners later.
You think your skin will protect you while watching every brown and black be carted away.
But eventually they will run out of those bodies and suddenly their looking at you.
